Who are we?
Intimate Editions is a woman-owned, queer-owned bookstore and sexual wellness shop in Louisville, Kentucky. We're here for readers and pleasure-seekers who want romance that doesn't fade to black (unless you want it to), sex education that's actually applicable, and sexual wellness products chosen for real bodies (guaranteed body-safe).
Our shelves carry spicy romance, explicit smut, LGBT+ love stories, fantasy-inducing escapism, and intimacy-focused education. We also stock body-safe vibrators, dildos, lubricants, and pleasure tools that actually work. In an industry where "sex toy" doesn't guarantee safety, we've done the vetting for you.
This is a space built for the female gaze without erasing anyone. Femme-focused, gender-inclusive, and unapologetically welcoming to the queer community.
